In addition to the providing NexilFO plants and products, Nexco
will offer consulting services to optimize blasting. Nexco is an authorized agent for the software product called
iRing. iRing is a
technology-leading software package used primarily to plan, load explosives, and test ring layouts for blasting operations. Designed and developed in collaboration with a major underground mining corporation, this innovative application provides mine planners with intelligent tools to accurately and precisely plan and test blast patterns on-screen to evaluate rock fragmentation, blast related vibrations and all related development costs for a variety of "what-if" drilling scenarios.
Nexco Inc. can also provide engineering services for a variety of explosives applications in surface and underground blasting operations, including vertical retreat mining (VRM), sublevel cave (SLC), open stope slot and slash (OSS), uphole/downhole slot and slash (UDS), drifting (DFT) or secondary blasting.
